Many people are afraid of the word “fat” when they hear it.  Most believe that fats are bad for you but really there are many fats that are vital to your health.

Fat is a component in food. Some foods, doctor such as fruit and veggies, tadalafil virtually have no fat.  Other foods have plenty of fat. They include nuts, viagra oils, butter, and meats like beef.  The following assignments will help familiarize you with the differences between good and bad fats.
