In this Dance Unit students will develop skills in order to be comfortable with dance or a rhythmical environment. Students will also develop an appreciation of the contribution of dance or rhythmics to personal fitness.

- Dancing Your Way to Better Health – read WebMd article on the benefits of Dance
- Dance Quiz – come back April 19
Assignment #2 – Dance Classes
- You will need to learn the 4 following Line Dances
- Either Schedule a time to meet and have instructor assess each line dance
- OR pick a song to do to each of these Line Dances and Video yourself and post on YouTube OR send video to me via email.
